CHRIS MCCAULEY Personal Trainer

Chris McCauley spent most of his life in the the dance studio, having attended two of the top ballet schools in the country and dancing professionally for 8 years. Studying the traditional Russian Vaganova System of training gave him a deep respect for proper form and an eye for correct body placement during movement.  

After a string of sports related injuries Chris realized the importance of building and maintaining a strong and balanced foundation that includes not only strength, but mobility and stability throughout the body. He began his career as a personal trainer working with other dancers for injury prevention and improved performance, later moving on to work with a variety of different clients adding new skills and methods to his tool kit.   Chris is certified through the National Council on Strength and Fitness (NCSF), and holds additional certification in TRX, Kettlebells, and Pre and Post Natal Care.
