TRX PERFORMANCE (50 min)

TRX training is only the beginning of this High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) session, which also integrates functional bodyweight movements and tools like Kettle Bells, Battle Ropes, and VIPRs to deliver a unique training experience that conditions your entire body.

TRX Foundations (50 min)

This 50 minute class is a form-focused workout that uses your own bodyweight as resistance with the TRX straps. This total body workout will develop balance and core strength as well as increase endurance and stamina as you learn the nuances of working with this functional training tool.
**This class is good for beginners. All levels welcome.

TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING (50 min)

Master trainer Garth Johnson will keep your heart rate up, your muscular output high, and a smile on your face with his unique circuit of full-body moves and his unique personality. Plenty of expert instruction, high enthusiasm and total body work.
