SOUL MAT PILATES

Come join the fun, get inspired and sweat to the sounds of old school soul music. This open level class fuses pilates, yoga, calisthenics, and dance strengthening exercises to help make you leaner, and more balanced.

SPIN CYCLE

Enter the Spin Cycle and take away the day’s stresses. This cycling exercise class is motivating and uplifting. We guarantee this one will make you sweat! (We use SPD as well as older style LOOK pedals.)

Personal trainer and pre/post Pilates instructor, Charlotte Blake, teaches our post-natal Pilates class. This class is geared toward new moms but open to all women with young children.
