Integrated Training: is what we do at Nimble. We use several exercise disciplines to address your body’s unique needs. We understand there’s a lot of different factors to exercise—structural integrity, spinal stability, energy, breath, balance—and we factor all these into our sessions. Whether your goal is gaining strength, flexibility, endurance or power our team of personal trainers have over 30 years of combined experience and work as a team to share that knowledge to assist you in reaching your health and fitness goals.
Nimble Holistic Lifestyle Coaching: Nimble Holistic Lifestyle Coaching combines one-on-one consultations, which can be done in person or over the phone, with a member website. Our customized programs cover all the key aspects of your health–exercise, nutrition, rest and positive intention. The website is used as a complement to Nimble’s customized programs and provides members with health questionnaires, metabolic testing (nutrition) and a over 1000 video exercises. This program is a great way to take your fitness to a new level and to educate yourself on topics ranging from new habit creation to program design.
Mind & Body Bootcamp: Yes, we call it a bootcamp–but the Nimble team does not just kick your butt. This is a bootcamp with brains, where you work one-on-one with each of the 3 Nimble master trainers on different aspects and styles of training. Your program starts with an assessment, followed by a conditioning phase, and progresses into a regemin designed for your specific goals and your body’s unique needs. Any bootcamp can work the heck out of you, but our goal at Nimble is to inspire you to explore your own abilities and strengths, push you to the next level mentally & physically, and to learn a lot about your body while doing it.
One-on-One Yoga or Pilates instruction: This is a great way to gain the confidence and knowledge to walk into any yoga or pilates studio and feel comfortable. Sessions are tailored to the individual, ensuring you progress at your own pace.
