Nimble Fitness welcomes you to join us in the studio for your next session!

The health and safety of everyone entering Nimble is very important to us!

As we all know, the protocols and guidelines surrounding Covid-19 have changed rapidly over the past year,

so we thank you for your patience as we continue to adapt and navigate.

While there have been changes to the State and local mask mandates, we will still require masks to be worn in the studio, however, if you would like to voluntarily provide us with proof of vaccination, you may go mask-less in the studio. Please stop by the front desk before your next session.

We will continue to take your temperature when entering, but we are no longer requiring a health screening upon entering the studio.  Please allow for a few minutes to update your contact information when checking in for your next session.

What this means for you:

  • By entering the studio, you are confirming that you are not experiencing Covid-19 symptoms, have not tested positive or been in contact with anyone testing positive for Covid-19 within the last 14 days.
  • We are asking that anyone who is experiencing symptoms or feeling ill to reschedule their appointments.
  • We require masks in the studio unless you want to provide proof of vaccination in order to go mask-less.
  • We will not keep a record of your medical status.
  • We will take your temperature upon arrival. Anyone with a temperature of 100.4 + will be asked to reschedule.
  • Please update your contact information with the front desk staff.
  • We ask that all trainers and clients wash their hands before and after every session.
  • We are maintaining a reduced capacity for the studio to ensure social distancing.

 

What does not change:

  1. Our sanitizing and social distancing practices will still be in place, and we encourage everyone to practice good hygiene by not touching your hands to your face, covering your cough and sneezes, and throwing away any used tissues.
  2. We are asking that anyone who is experiencing symptoms or feeling ill to reschedule their appointments.
  3. You will be required to stay within the slot on the floor you have booked for your session. Please gather all equipment you will need at the beginning of your session, keep with you during the session and sanitize afterward.
  4. Please book your sessions 24 hrs. in advance. This is important information for us to know so we can be certain we are maintaining our capacity requirements.NO WALK-INS PLEASE
  5. We are disinfecting all equipment on an hourly basis and require trainers and clients to wipe down any equipment or mats used as well. Please hang mats to dry.
  6. There will be sanitizing stations throughout the studio; please use for your hands and equipment.
  7. Please dispose of any cups or tissues in provided trash receptacles. 
  8. All meals must be eaten outside of the studio. All personal clothing and items must be taken with you at the end of your session.

AIR FILTRATION: In addition to the outlined protocols above, we have placed H13 medical grade true HEPA filter systems throughout the facility and an 80″ industrial ceiling fan with UV light sanitation for the main studio floor. This will help to both sanitize and circulate our air for better purification.
