Adventure Run Bootcamp is a 6-week program, which uses principles of HIIT (High intensity interval training), TRX Suspension Training and Sports Cardio conditioning to get you in the best shape possible. This course will challenge and improve your stability, strength, endurance and power.

(Week 1 / April 5th) Diet and Nutrition Seminar & Physical Challenge
Attendees will review their pre-assigned nutrition questionnaires and learn how to optimize their diets for better health and athletic performance. There will also be a physical challenge to assess your current level of fitness. (The presenter for this session will be Nimble co-founder who is a Chek holistic lifestyle coach level 3, certified strength and conditioning coach, ACSM, NASM and NSCA certified.)
(Week 2 & 3 / April 12 & 19) Conditioning Phase I with Coach Ian
Build a strong base of cardiovascular fitness, joint stability and structural balance with calisthenics and conditioning drills.
(Week 4 / April 26) Conditioning Phase II with Coach Ian
Introduces tools (steps, sandbags, ropes, weights, TRX, etc.) to build strength and explosive power.
(Week 5 & 6 / May 3 & 10) Overcoming Obstacles & Final Challenge with Coach Ian
We introduce our mini-obstacle course, which will push your conditioning to a new level. Have fun while gaining the confidence to overcome new challenges.
