TRX Max
35-minute HIIT TRX Class
Are you ready to get in the best shape of your life with High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)? TRX Max is our newest class. Taught by international instructor Alma Rodriguez, this class incorporates TRX strength with HIIT. It’s a cardio-intensive class that incorporates plyometric drills with intervals of TRX power, resistance and core training.
Power Core TRX
50-minute Power & Strength Based TRX Class
If you want to sweat, have fun, burn calories, and increase your muscle endurance then Power Core TRX is your class. We combine TRX training with Power moves like squat jumps. This mix of gravity resistance and movement provides the ultimate workout to train strength, endurance, balance, coordination, flexibility, power and core stability. Power Core TRX aims to push your limits in this high-intensity, 50-minute experience.
TR-Xpress Performance
35-minute Advanced TRX Conditioning Class
A 35-minute version of Nimble’s advanced level class focusing on athletic performance and cardiovascular conditioning. Get ready to increase power, strength and endurance with this total body workout. *NOTE* A base level of fitness and prior TRX experience is recommended. This class is appropriate for most levels but not recommended for beginners.
TR-Xpress Cardio Circuit
35-minute Cardio Based TRX Class
What better way to spend the afternoon than in this 35-minute, total body exercise class! TRX Cardio Circuit is designed especially for the noon-time crowd. We’ll keep you moving the entire time so you can get a cardio workout while also building strength and core stabilization. This class will leave you feeling energized and ready to take on the rest of the day. *This class is appropriate for all levels.
