TRX® Force® Training Course (Level 2): Previously offered exclusively to the military, this course arms you with advanced TRX coaching and cueing techniques to give your clients results-driven workouts. Building on what you learned from your Level 1 course, you will deep dive into TRX foundational movements and learn new exercises that were developed from our direct work with thousands of service members in every branch of the military using the most recent, cutting-edge science on the application of functional training for tactical athletes.
- Properly set up and use the TRX FORCE Kit to multiple anchoring points
- Properly perform foundational TRX Suspension Training exercises
- Modify exercise intensity to progressively challenge a variety of levels of fitness appropriately
- Demonstrate leverage and workouts from the TRX FORCE Tactical Conditioning Program

As a Level 2 course, it requires that you have taken a TRX Suspension Training Course (STC) or a TRX Group Suspension Training Course (GSTC) previously. The Pre-Course Prep Work must be completed prior to attending the course, for the licensed healthcare professional who have not taken the Level 1 STC or GSTC. The Prep Work will be sent via email after registration is completed.
