This combination of TRX Suspension Training focuses on building strength around the body’s core. Using elements of yoga and Pilates with TRX based exercises creates a cutting-edge workout that builds both length and strength. 35-minute HIIT TRX Class
Are you ready to get in the best shape of your life with High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)? TRX Max is our newest class. Taught by international instructor Alma Rodriguez, this class incorporates TRX strength with HIIT. It’s a cardio-intensive class that incorporates plyometric drills with intervals of TRX power, resistance and core training.
Power Core TRX
50-minute Power & Strength Based TRX Class
If you want to sweat, have fun, burn calories, and increase your muscle endurance then Power Core TRX is your class. We combine TRX training with Power moves like squat jumps. This mix of gravity resistance and movement provides the ultimate workout to train strength, endurance, balance, coordination, flexibility, power and core stability. Power Core TRX aims to push your limits in this high-intensity, 50-minute experience.
35-minute Advanced TRX Conditioning Class
A 35-minute version of Nimble’s advanced level class focusing on athletic performance and cardiovascular conditioning. Get ready to increase power, strength and endurance with this total body workout. *NOTE* A base level of fitness and prior TRX experience is recommended. This class is appropriate for most levels but not recommended for beginners.
TR-Xpress Cardio Circuit
35-minute Cardio Based TRX Class
What better way to spend the afternoon than in this 35-minute, total body exercise class! TRX Cardio Circuit is designed especially for the noon-time crowd. We’ll keep you moving the entire time so you can get a cardio workout while also building strength and core stabilization. This class will leave you feeling energized and ready to take on the rest of the day. *This class is appropriate for all levels.

Barb is a former Equinox personal trainer, pilates instructor, personal chef and an advocate of nourishing your body. Her classes encourage you to learn to stabilize and mobilize your spine safely and effectively. Barb is a seeker of balance, and blends a mix of cardio, strength and stretching into her classes.
Alma Rodriguez is an internationally recognized TRX instructor who has worked with some of the top fitness authorities in Mexico and the United States. She also teaches Zumba and is Spinning certified. Alma’s passion and intensity brings out the very best in her students and makes her a great addition to the Nimble Fitness team.
JOana Meneses is an International Instructor–Trainer for Stott Pilates™. She has taught worldwide and extensively in South Africa, Brazil, Bermuda, Portugal, the United States and Canada. As a TRX certified instructor, Joana uses her pilates expertise to teach her students how to be better balanced and grounded. She’ll show you how to build your posture and attain your goals using your own body’s tools.
Suzie Gavers is one of our newest certified TRX instructors. She has been teaching at Nimble for over a year. Her energy is infectious and her classes are awesome. “I thrive on progressing & advancing my clients abilities & perspectives. I take them beyond their goals into expanding their vision of what they’re capable of. And I love igniting passion for fitness in all of my students.”
A Group Fitness Instructor since 2005, Shay has excelled as an athlete for much of her life. Not only is she a trained Muay Thai Kickboxer, she also competes in obstacle racing year around, is an avid rock climber, cyclist, hip hop dancer, and enjoys gourmet cooking. Shay’s personal mission is to empower and transform everyone she meets to live a healthy & fit life. Her classes are full of warrior mentality, rigorous training, and positive energy.
