Ariane Hundt is a renowned fitness expert and the creator of the Brooklyn Bridge Bootcamp.
During this fun and challenging hour we will work the entire body using our own body weight, resistance bands and free weights. You will feel the difference after just one class. After 5 sessions you will notice a difference in your energy and the way your clothes fit. The exercises will define your abs, slenderize your hips and thighs, lift your butt and tone your arms.
