TRX Max is our newest class. Taught by international instructor Alma Rodriguez, this class incorporates TRX strength with HIIT. It’s a cardio-intensive class that incorporates plyometric drills with intervals of TRX power, resistance and core training.
NOTE: In addition to teaching a 35min TRX MAX every Tuesday at 12:30pm, Alma will be subbing three consecutive Tuesday 7:00pm classes in September (9/2, 9/9 & 9/16) and demoing her TRX Max class while Barb is away.
Alma Rodriguez is an internationally recognized TRX instructor who has worked with some of the top fitness authorities in Mexico and the United States. She also teaches Zumba and is Spinning certified. Alma’s passion and intensity brings out the very best in her students and makes her a great addition to the Nimble Fitness team.
