Hello! This is the 2nd of a three-part video series on how to have and maintain a healthy lower back.

In last month’s newsletter, we explained how proper hydration, nutrition and rest can lay a good foundation for having a healthier, happier lower back. This week, we’ll move forward and talk a little about what’s happening within the structure of your lower back and core, specifically about a key core muscle that’s often underutilized—your diaphragm.

The diaphragm, which acts as the “floor” of the rib cage and attaches to both the spine and to several ribs, does several key things to help support your lower spine.
This short video will help you better understand what the diaphragm does, and how to keep it active and strong. You can feel younger now!

Namaste,
Daniel
